Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage pastry kitchen operations including menu development, recipe creation, and cost control
- Train and mentor pastry staff on advanced techniques, presentation standards, and workflow efficiency
- Oversee daily production of breads, pastries, desserts, and confections for multiple outlets
- Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, safety, and quality control protocols
- Collaborate with F&B team on seasonal promotions and themed events
- Source high-quality local ingredients and maintain sustainable practices
- Conduct regular inventory management and supplier relationship building
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of professional pastry experience in luxury hotels or fine dining establishments
- Culinary degree or specialized certification in pastry arts
- Proven leadership experience managing pastry teams of 5+ members
- Expertise in diverse baking techniques and global dessert trends
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and HACCP standards
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to perform under pressure
