Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, including cakes, cookies, and signature cafe items according to standard recipes.
- Ensure the consistent quality, presentation, and taste of all pastry products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen workstation in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and notify the manager of supply needs.
- Assist in the development of new pastry recipes and seasonal offerings.
- Operate professional kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform daily opening or closing kitchen duties as required by the cafe schedule.
