Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and draft high-quality patent applications with technical precision and legal compliance
- Conduct comprehensive prior art searches and patentability analyses
- Prosecute patent applications before national and international patent offices
- Advise clients on patent strategies, portfolio management, and IP protection best practices
- Collaborate with inventors to document technical innovations and claim drafting
- Monitor patent legislation changes and ensure regulatory compliance
- Manage client relationships and communicate complex IP concepts clearly
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, or related technical field
- Professional certification in patent law or IP management preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in patent prosecution or IP services
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex technical documents
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Proficiency in patent databases and IP management software
- Demonstrated knowledge of Malaysian and international patent regulations
