Tanggung Jawab
- Draft, review, and file patent applications, amendments, and responses to office actions with the relevant intellectual property offices.
- Maintain and monitor complex patent dockets, ensuring all critical deadlines are met with 100% accuracy.
- Coordinate closely with patent attorneys and clients to gather necessary technical information for filings.
- Perform comprehensive patent searches and prior art analysis to support patentability assessments.
- Manage electronic files and update internal database systems to reflect the current status of patent applications.
- Communicate professionally with international associates and foreign intellectual property offices regarding prosecution matters.
- Assist in the preparation of legal correspondence and formal documents required for intellectual property proceedings.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Legal Management, Engineering, Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in patent prosecution or intellectual property administration.
- In-depth knowledge of patent laws, regulations, and filing procedures (local and international).
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage high-volume dockets and strict deadlines.
- Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in document management systems and legal database software.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
