Tanggung Jawab
- Assist patients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients and their families
- Maintain clean and safe patient environments following hospital protocols
- Assist with patient transportation and positioning as needed
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated patient care
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or equivalent certification preferred
- Previous healthcare experience highly advantageous
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced medical environment
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology beneficial
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends
