- Provide compassionate assistance with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Offer companionship and emotional support to patients in home and daycare settings
- Monitor patient health status and report changes to care coordinators
- Assist with medication reminders and basic health monitoring
- Maintain clean, safe environments for patients
- Document care activities accurately and maintain patient confidentiality
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
Kualifikasi
