In this vital role, you will act as the primary point of contact for our patients, ensuring they receive a seamless, supportive, and high-quality experience from their initial enquiry through to the successful completion of their treatment.
As the face of our practice, you will be instrumental in building trust, managing administrative workflows, and coordinating care plans to ensure our clinical operations run efficiently. We are looking for an individual who balances administrative precision with a warm, empathetic approach to patient engagement.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full patient lifecycle, including initial consultations, scheduling appointments, and post-treatment follow-ups.
- Serve as the primary liaison between patients and medical staff to ensure clear communication and care coordination.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records (EMR) while adhering to strict data privacy and confidentiality standards.
- Handle patient enquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing detailed information regarding treatments and service costs.
- Assist in the preparation of treatment plans, financial counseling, and insurance claim processing.
- Optimize clinic schedules to maximize provider efficiency while minimizing patient wait times.
- Identify opportunities to improve patient journey processes and contribute to a positive clinic environment.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level, Diploma, or equivalent certification in Healthcare/Business Administration or related fields.
- Proven experience in a customer service, administrative, or patient-facing role within a medical or clinical setting.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Clinic Management Systems (CMS).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain a high level of empathy and professionalism when dealing with patient concerns.
- A proactive team player who is comfortable working independently when required.
