Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate end-to-end international patient journeys across all touchpoints
- Act as primary Bahasa Indonesia-speaking liaison for patient inquiries and concerns
- Synchronize medical appointments, consultations, and diagnostic procedures
- Facilitate smooth transitions between departments and care providers
- Implement continuous improvement strategies for patient experience
- Manage digital health records and confidential patient documentation
- Collaborate with travel partners to resolve logistical challenges
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field
- Native or fluent Bahasa Indonesia proficiency with professional English skills
- 3+ years in healthcare coordination or international patient services
- Certification in Patient Navigation or Healthcare Customer Service preferred
- Expertise in cross-cultural communication and conflict resolution
- Proficiency with EMR systems and multilingual CRM tools
- Knowledge of international healthcare accreditation standards
