As a Patient Detailer, you will go beyond simply selling products; you will educate and empower patients to manage their health effectively. Your daily interactions will involve conducting product presentations to healthcare professionals, providing medication counseling to patients, and ensuring our services are well-understood by the community. You will be the face of Medexpress Drugstore, ensuring that every patient feels supported and informed about their treatment plans. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct detailed product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare professionals and pharmacy staff.
- Educate patients on the proper usage, benefits, and potential side effects of prescribed medications.
- Collaborate closely with pharmacists and doctors to ensure accurate information is conveyed to the patient.
- Monitor product inventory levels and coordinate with the pharmacy team to ensure optimal stock availability.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales calls, patient feedback, and territory activities.
- Attend regular training sessions to stay updated on the latest medical products, industry regulations, and sales techniques.
- Promote the Medexpress Drugstore brand image and uphold our commitment to quality patient care.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Technology, or a related healthcare field.
- Proven experience in medical sales, pharmaceutical detailing, or customer service within the healthcare sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to explain complex medical concepts in simple terms.
- Valid License to Practice as a Pharmacist (preferred) or strong background in healthcare services.
- Ability to work independently and manage a designated territory effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM software.
- Valid Driver’s License and own vehicle (required for territory travel).
- Must be willing to travel within the assigned area in Batangas.
