Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in patient relations or healthcare customer service
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to manage diverse patient needs
- Proficiency in CRM systems and healthcare documentation software
- Strong problem-solving abilities with focus on conflict resolution
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance standards and patient privacy regulations
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
