Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in patient relations or customer service in healthcare setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to empathize with patients
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution techniques
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and patient privacy standards
- Proficiency in healthcare management software and office applications
