Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, greeting them with warmth and professionalism.
- Manage patient scheduling, registration, and laboratory appointment coordination.
- Explain laboratory procedures, preparation requirements, and service turn-around times to patients.
- Address patient feedback, concerns, and inquiries promptly to ensure a positive healthcare experience.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Coordinate with clinical and laboratory staff to ensure seamless patient flow and operational efficiency.
- Handle billing inquiries and explain insurance or payment processing procedures effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or front-desk roles within a medical or laboratory setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize with patients in varying health states.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and basic medical office management software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Demonstrated ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Keen attention to detail regarding patient documentation and administrative tasks.
