- Monitor and manage online review platforms (Google, Facebook, etc.) to track patient feedback.
- Compose and publish professional, empathetic responses to patient reviews in a timely manner.
- Analyze sentiment and trends in patient feedback to identify areas for service improvement.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to address specific patient concerns.
- Escalate critical or negative feedback to management for immediate resolution.
- Track review volume, response rates, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain a consistent and positive brand voice across all public interactions.
