Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design and execution of patient safety and quality improvement initiatives within the SingHealth network.
- Analyze incident reports and safety data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for enhancement.
- Develop and facilitate training programs to educate staff on safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with clinical leaders to implement evidence-based practices and redesign care processes.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with national and international healthcare standards and regulations.
- Drive the adoption of a culture of safety through continuous improvement methodologies.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
Kualifikasi
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Medicine, Pharmacy, Public Health, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare quality assurance, patient safety, or clinical governance.
- Strong understanding of Singapore’s healthcare regulatory landscape (MOH, HSA) and ISO standards.
- Proven track record of leading multidisciplinary teams and managing complex quality improvement projects.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to influence change and foster a collaborative environment.
