Tanggung Jawab

  • Greet and register patients upon arrival, verifying personal details and insurance information.
  • Schedule and manage patient appointments via the clinic's booking system.
  • Handle incoming calls and enquiries, providing accurate information about services and procedures.
  • Process payments, issue receipts, and handle billing and claims submissions.
  • Assist in coordinating patient flow, minimizing wait times and ensuring a smooth experience.
  • Maintain patient records and update databases in compliance with data protection policies.
  • Assist doctors and nurses with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Provide guidance to patients on clinic procedures and prepare them for consultations.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Levels or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in healthcare administration or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, email) and ability to learn clinic management software.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • A patient and empathetic approach to dealing with patients and their families.
  • Willingness to work shifts including some weekends and public holidays as required.
