Tanggung Jawab

  • Warmly welcome patients and visitors, providing professional frontline support and enquiry handling.
  • Manage end-to-end appointment scheduling, including confirmations, rescheduling, and cancellations via phone and email.
  • Coordinate clinical referrals and follow-up care instructions between patients and medical specialists.
  • Maintain accurate patient electronic medical records (EMR) while ensuring strict compliance with data privacy regulations.
  • Facilitate the smooth flow of clinic operations, including registration and discharge processes.
  • Address patient feedback and resolve service-related concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  • Support administrative tasks, including billing, insurance verification, and office documentation.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
  • Prior experience in a healthcare, clinic, or high-volume customer service environment is highly preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and compassionately.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with medical practice management software.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a high-pressure, patient-facing setting.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of integrity regarding sensitive patient data.
  • Fluent in English; ability to speak a second language is a significant advantage for patient interaction.
