We are looking for a dedicated Patient Service Associate to join the dynamic team at Crawfurd Hospital. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience. As a core member of the business office, you will work closely with executives and fellow associates to streamline operations and maintain high standards of patient care.


Your responsibilities will include managing patient inquiries, processing payments, and maintaining accurate medical records. You will play a vital role in the administrative workflow, assisting with appointment scheduling and facilitating communication between patients and medical staff. We are seeking a professional who is detail-oriented, possesses strong communication skills, and is committed to providing excellent service in a healthcare environment.

  • Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage the front desk operations, including answering phones, taking messages, and directing inquiries.
  • Process patient payments, insurance claims, and manage cash handling accurately.
  • Maintain and update patient records and databases with precision.
  • Coordinate appointment schedules and ensure the waiting area is organized.
  • Assist in resolving patient complaints and escalations to ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the medical team to ensure seamless patient flow.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Levels or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or medical reception role is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with hospital management systems or EMR is a plus.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
