Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage high-volume inbound and outbound patient inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism.
  • Coordinate patient appointments, admissions, and scheduling for various clinical departments.
  • Provide accurate information regarding hospital services, billing inquiries, and insurance requirements.
  • Update and maintain sensitive patient records in the hospital database with high accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure smooth daily operations and high service standards.
  • Escalate complex patient issues or medical emergencies to the appropriate healthcare professionals immediately.
  • Handle patient feedback and complaints with a calm, patient, and problem-solving mindset.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level, 'A' Level, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
  • Prior experience in a call center, customer service, or healthcare administration role is a significant advantage.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and data entry; familiarity with hospital management software is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients.
  • Ability to remain composed and empathetic under pressure or during high-traffic periods.
  • Comfortable working in rotating shifts (including weekends/public holidays if required by the department).
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in a second language is beneficial for assisting a diverse patient population.
