Join the National Heart Centre Singapore as a Patient Service Associate in our Cardiac Clinics and become an integral part of our cardiovascular care team. - Perform patient registration and demographic data management with precision
- Schedule and manage patient appointments for Cardiac Clinics efficiently
- Process payments, handle billing inquiries, and manage financial transactions
- Provide accurate information on clinic procedures, policies, and services
- Maintain confidentiality and security of patient records and sensitive information
- Coordinate with healthcare team to ensure smooth patient flow and wait time management
- Resolve patient inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; healthcare certification preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in customer service or healthcare administration
- Proficiency in healthcare IT systems and appointment scheduling software
- Excellent communication skills with ability to interact sensitively with patients
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial transactions
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare regulations
