  • Greet and welcome patients and visitors to the Cardiac Laboratory with warmth and professionalism.
  • Assist patients with pre-procedure check-in, verification of identity, and completion of necessary documentation.
  • Provide clear instructions and support to patients and families regarding waiting procedures and laboratory protocols.
  • Manage patient records and ensure accurate data entry into hospital information systems.
  • Coordinate with medical technologists and nurses to ensure smooth workflow and timely patient transfers.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment in the service counter and waiting areas.
  • Handle patient inquiries and escalate complex issues to senior staff or supervisors appropriately.

Kualifikasi

  • GCE 'O' Level or Diploma in Healthcare, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a hospital setting, customer service, or a front-line administrative role is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using hospital management software.
