Tanggung Jawab
- Manage front-desk operations, including patient registration, appointment scheduling, and discharge procedures.
- Provide warm, professional assistance to patients and visitors, addressing inquiries with empathy and efficiency.
- Process patient payments, manage billing invoices, and perform daily reconciliation of cash/credit card transactions.
- Maintain accurate patient records and update clinic databases in compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Coordinate with medical staff and doctors to ensure smooth clinic workflow and patient flow management.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and patient feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Manage inventory of clinic consumables and ensure the reception area remains tidy and professional.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Levels, Diploma, or relevant professional certification in Healthcare/Customer Service.
- Prior experience in a clinical setting, healthcare front-desk, or customer service role is highly advantageous.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic experience with clinic management software.
- Excellent command of English; ability to communicate effectively in a second language is a plus to assist diverse patient demographics.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multitasking and work effectively under pressure in a busy environment.
- A proactive mindset with a strong commitment to service excellence and patient safety.
- Ability to commit to full-time working hours, including potential shifts if required by the clinic schedule.
