Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage front-desk operations, including patient registration, appointment scheduling, and discharge procedures.
  • Provide warm, professional assistance to patients and visitors, addressing inquiries with empathy and efficiency.
  • Process patient payments, manage billing invoices, and perform daily reconciliation of cash/credit card transactions.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and update clinic databases in compliance with data privacy regulations.
  • Coordinate with medical staff and doctors to ensure smooth clinic workflow and patient flow management.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and patient feedback in a professional and timely manner.
  • Manage inventory of clinic consumables and ensure the reception area remains tidy and professional.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Levels, Diploma, or relevant professional certification in Healthcare/Customer Service.
  • Prior experience in a clinical setting, healthcare front-desk, or customer service role is highly advantageous.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic experience with clinic management software.
  • Excellent command of English; ability to communicate effectively in a second language is a plus to assist diverse patient demographics.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multitasking and work effectively under pressure in a busy environment.
  • A proactive mindset with a strong commitment to service excellence and patient safety.
  • Ability to commit to full-time working hours, including potential shifts if required by the clinic schedule.
