Sengkang General Hospital is seeking a dynamic Patient Service Associate Executive to join our Pre-Operative & Admitting Services team. In this pivotal role, you will take charge of a team of Patient Service Officers, ensuring that every patient experiences a smooth, seamless, and welcoming admission process. As the first point of contact for many of our patients, you will play a crucial role in shaping their hospital experience from arrival to admission. We are looking for a motivated professional who can uphold our standards of excellence while fostering a supportive environment for both patients and staff.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Patient Service Officers to ensure high standards of service delivery.
- Oversee the daily operations of the admission centres, ensuring a seamless flow of patients.
- Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and feedback with empathy and professionalism.
- Coordinate with medical and nursing staff to facilitate accurate and timely patient admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of patient data and admission procedures using hospital systems.
- Assist in the orientation and training of new staff members.
- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Kualifikasi
- GCE 'N' or 'O' Level education or equivalent; Diploma holders are an advantage.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a customer service or healthcare support role.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and hospital management software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
