- Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a welcoming and professional first impression.
- Assist in the registration and check-in processes for Specialist Outpatient Clinics, ensuring accuracy of patient data.
- Manage incoming phone calls and patient inquiries regarding appointments, directions, and clinic procedures.
- Direct patients to the appropriate medical departments, triage nurses, or medical staff as needed.
- Collect and verify patient demographics, medical history, and insurance information.
- Maintain and update patient records and filing systems in a timely and organized manner.
- Collaborate with the clinical and administrative team to ensure smooth clinic operations and patient flow.
Kualifikasi
- GCE 'O' Levels or equivalent qualification; a relevant Diploma is preferred.
- Previous experience in a hospital setting, front desk reception, or customer service is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with patients of diverse backgrounds.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of a second language is an added advantage.
