This role is essential to our hospital operations, ensuring that patients receive seamless administrative support and high-quality care experiences from the moment they arrive.
As a Patient Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact for patients and their families. We are looking for individuals who are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and are willing to commit to a 3-shift rotation. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage patient registration and discharge processes efficiently using the hospital information system.
- Handle incoming enquiries from patients and visitors with professionalism and empathy.
- Facilitate the scheduling of appointments and follow-up consultations.
- Process payments and manage financial records accurately.
- Coordinate with medical staff, nurses, and internal departments to ensure smooth patient workflows.
- Maintain patient records with strict adherence to data privacy and confidentiality policies.
- Assist in managing waiting areas to ensure safety and comfort for all patients.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Levels, Nitec, or Diploma in any discipline.
- Prior experience in a hospital, clinic, or customer service environment is highly advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office).
- Ability to commit to a rotating 3-shift schedule (including weekends and public holidays).
- Compassionate, patient-oriented, and able to remain calm under pressure.
- Good team player with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
