Join the National Skin Centre (NSC) as a Patient Service Associate and become an integral part of Singapore's leading dermatology care provider. Your day-to-day duties will encompass patient registration, appointment scheduling, phone handling, and administrative support. You will work closely with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure efficient patient flow. - Greet and assist patients with registration and check-in processes.
- Schedule and manage patient appointments using the clinic system.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries promptly.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist doctors and nurses with administrative tasks as needed.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless patient care.
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and well-stocked with forms.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent education.
- Prior experience in a healthcare or customer service environment preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to serve a diverse patient population.
- Willing to work on rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Strong service orientation with empathy and patience.
