Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients, visitors, and healthcare professionals at the counter or call center.
- Assist in patient registration, queue management, and the issuance of medical certificates or referrals.
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls efficiently, providing accurate information and redirecting queries to appropriate departments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area to ensure a positive patient experience.
- Collaborate with medical and administrative staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Perform administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and document verification.
- Adhere to strict healthcare protocols, privacy standards, and hospital regulations at all times.
Kualifikasi
- GCE O-Level or N-Level qualifications are preferred; Diploma holders are an advantage.
- Previous experience in a call center, healthcare setting, or customer service role is highly desirable.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin (additional languages are a plus).
- Customer-centric attitude with the ability to remain calm and polite under pressure.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office applications) and the ability to use hospital management systems.
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Valid Singapore work pass (if applicable).
