- Deliver exceptional patient experiences through professional registration, scheduling, and front-desk services
- Manage patient flow efficiently while maintaining accurate medical records and documentation
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure smooth transitions between patient appointments
- Train and mentor junior staff on patient service protocols and administrative procedures
- Handle patient inquiries with empathy and direct them to appropriate medical resources
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception environment
- Collaborate with billing and insurance departments to resolve patient account issues

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; healthcare certification or associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of customer service or healthcare administration experience
- Proficiency in medical software systems (EHR/EMR) and office applications
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to remain calm under pressure
