You will play an integral part in the patient's diagnostic journey, ensuring that samples are meticulously processed, properly labeled, and securely transported according to strict protocols. Furthermore, you will be responsible for the prompt and accurate delivery of test reports back to the referring specialist clinics, ensuring physicians have the information they need to provide optimal patient care.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform timely and accurate collection of blood and non-blood specimens from patients at the outpatient laboratory, ensuring strict adherence to safety and infection control protocols.
- Properly label, document, and prepare all collected specimens for transportation to the main laboratory, maintaining specimen integrity at all times.
- Ensure the prompt and accurate delivery of completed laboratory test reports to the respective clinics and specialist centers.
- Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked workstations and phlebotomy areas to facilitate a smooth workflow.
- Provide exceptional customer service, guiding patients through the collection process with empathy and professionalism.
- Handle the registration, verification, and accurate updating of patient information in the laboratory information system (LIS).
- Assist in the safe disposal of biohazardous waste materials according to environmental health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate closely with the laboratory team and nursing staff to resolve any discrepancies or issues regarding patient samples or requisitions.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' Level certification or equivalent academic qualification.
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting, particularly in phlebotomy or clinical specimen handling, is highly advantageous but not mandatory, as comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively and compassionately with patients, families, and medical staff.
- Strong customer service orientation and a patient-centric mindset dedicated to providing a positive experience for every individual.
- Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to follow complex standard operating procedures (SOPs) accurately and consistently.
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods, walking long distances within the facility, and managing repetitive tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office) and the ability to quickly learn new software systems for patient registration and specimen tracking.
