Tanggung Jawab
- Manage patient reception, including greeting visitors and providing professional assistance with warmth and empathy.
- Handle patient registration, verification of documents, and data entry into the Clinic Management System accurately.
- Coordinate appointment scheduling, follow-up calls, and reminders to optimize clinic workflow.
- Manage patient inquiries regarding services, billing, and clinic procedures both in-person and via telephone.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all patients within the reception area.
- Collaborate closely with clinical staff to ensure timely patient flow and assist with administrative tasks as required.
- Maintain high standards of patient confidentiality and data privacy in accordance with healthcare regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma in Nursing, Healthcare Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably within a healthcare or medical setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).
- Proficient in MS Office and comfortable learning new clinical administrative software.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multi-tasking under pressure.
- A proactive team player with a genuine passion for patient care and service excellence.
- Ability to work professionally and maintain composure in a clinical environment.
