Tanggung Jawab
- Manage front-desk operations including patient registration, appointment scheduling, and discharge processing with accuracy.
- Handle patient inquiries and concerns with empathy, professionalism, and prompt resolution.
- Coordinate with medical staff, nursing teams, and departments to ensure efficient patient flow.
- Manage financial administrative tasks, including processing payments, verifying insurance coverage, and handling Medisave/Medishield claims.
- Maintain electronic medical records (EMR) with strict adherence to patient confidentiality and data protection standards.
- Provide administrative support for clinical operations, ensuring all documentation is compliant with internal policies.
- Participate in hospital quality improvement initiatives and service recovery efforts.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level, 'A' Level, Diploma, or equivalent in any field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or healthcare administration.
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English (and a second language to handle diverse patient demographics).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable navigating computer-based management systems.
- Demonstrated ability to remain calm and composed when handling difficult situations or high-pressure environments.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to providing compassionate care.
- Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays if required by the duty roster.
