- Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly
- Manage patient admissions, discharges, and transfers efficiently
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Assist with billing and insurance verification processes
- Ensure the inpatient ward environment is clean, safe, and welcoming
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient experience
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Healthcare, Customer Service, or related field
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology is advantageous
- Proficiency in using healthcare management software
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is a plus
