- Manage patient registration and check-in processes accurately and efficiently.
- Schedule and confirm appointments via phone and online platforms to minimize wait times.
- Handle patient inquiries and provide exceptional customer service with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with medical standards and data privacy regulations.
- Coordinate with medical staff and specialists to ensure smooth clinic operations.
- Process payments and manage billing inquiries professionally.
Kualifikasi
- GCE 'O' Levels or higher qualification preferred.
- Previous experience in a customer service or medical reception role is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
- Proficient in using hospital management systems or standard computer software.
