We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Patient Services & Billing Management Manager to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur City Centre. This pivotal role is responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of patient registration, admission, billing, and financial services. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless patient experience while maintaining the financial health of the hospital through efficient revenue cycle management.
As the Manager, you will lead and develop a dedicated team, implement best practices, and ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of patient registration, admission, scheduling, and discharge processes.
- Direct and optimize medical billing procedures, claims submission, and revenue cycle management to ensure accuracy and timely reimbursement.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the patient services and billing teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that enhance patient experience, streamline workflows, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal standards.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for patient services and billing, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
- Resolve complex patient inquiries, complaints, and billing disputes efficiently and professionally.
- Collaborate with other hospital departments, including clinical, finance, and IT, to ensure integrated and seamless service delivery.
- Prepare regular reports on departmental performance, financial outcomes, and patient satisfaction for senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in healthcare patient services or medical billing, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- In-depth knowledge of medical billing regulations, coding (ICD-10, CPT), healthcare compliance, and revenue cycle management.
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Hospital Information Systems (HIS) and medical billing software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Demonstrated commitment to patient satisfaction and service excellence.
