Tanggung Jawab
- Create, develop, and digitize patterns for garment and glove products according to design specifications and samples
- Collaborate with design teams to interpret technical sketches and translate them into production-ready patterns
- Conduct pattern grading and marker making to optimize fabric utilization and production efficiency
- Develop prototypes and fit samples to ensure pattern accuracy and product quality
- Maintain and update pattern libraries with version control for future production runs
- Work closely with production teams to resolve pattern-related manufacturing issues
- Stay current with industry trends in pattern-making techniques and manufacturing technologies
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of professional pattern-making experience in garment or glove manufacturing
- Proficiency in pattern-making software (Gerber, Lectra, or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of fabric properties and their impact on pattern development
- Expertise in pattern grading, marker making, and fit analysis
- Ability to interpret technical design sketches and create accurate production patterns
- Detail-oriented with precision in measurements and specifications
- Good communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control standards
