Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts following established recipes and quality standards
- Assist with daily production planning, inventory management, and ingredient preparation
- Present bakery products attractively in display cases while maintaining visual appeal
- Provide exceptional customer service through product recommendations and order processing
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols
- Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflow during peak hours
- Operate bakery equipment safely and perform routine maintenance checks
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in food service, baking, or retail environments
- Basic knowledge of baking techniques and food safety regulations
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage customers effectively
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 20kg
- Positive attitude with commitment to teamwork and customer satisfaction
