Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end accounts payable process, from invoice receipt to payment disbursement.
- Ensure all financial transactions comply with internal controls and global accounting standards.
- Perform timely reconciliation of vendor statements to ensure data integrity.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve payment discrepancies and inquiries promptly.
- Support month-end closing activities by ensuring all payables are accurately recorded.
- Maintain and update vendor master data in the ERP system.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement to increase operational efficiency and accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting functions.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent analytical skills with a high attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English.
- Ability to manage deadlines effectively in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of financial compliance and internal control principles.
