- Reconcile accounts payable transactions with vendor statements and purchase orders
- Conduct monthly inventory reconciliations to ensure physical and book alignment
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial records through root cause analysis
- Prepare detailed reconciliation reports for management review and audit purposes
- Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to resolve inventory discrepancies
- Implement process improvements to enhance reconciliation efficiency and accuracy
- Assist in month-end closing activities and financial statement preparation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years' experience in accounts payable and inventory reconciliation
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel functions
- Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Knowledge of GAAP and inventory accounting principles
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
