Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process employee payroll with precision and timeliness
- Oversee general cashier operations, ensuring accurate handling of cash and transactions
- Maintain financial records and documentation for audit purposes
- Coordinate with various departments to resolve payroll discrepancies
- Implement and maintain internal controls for cash handling procedures
- Prepare regular financial reports for management review
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll processing and cash management
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and payroll regulations
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
