Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the complete payment cycle for the Australian market, including scheduling, approvals, and processing of payments via various channels (e.g., wire transfers, ACH, checks) in accordance with strict SLAs.
- Conduct daily reconciliation of bank accounts and investigation of discrepancies, working closely with the treasury and finance teams in Australia.
- Ensure strict adherence to Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements and Aon's internal financial policies and controls.
- Respond to and resolve inquiries from internal business partners, vendors, and other stakeholders regarding payment status and issues within agreed timeframes.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements within the payment operations framework.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for all payment processes, controls, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Assist with month-end closing activities, including reconciling payment-related general ledger accounts.
- Support ad-hoc financial analysis and projects related to cash management and operational improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or any related business course. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is a plus.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in payment operations, accounts payable, or treasury within a multinational company or shared services center.
- Strong technical aptitude with demonstrated experience using ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, macros).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with an obsessive attention to detail.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, capable of professionally interacting with international stakeholders and senior management.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet strict monthly deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Australian financial regulations, GST, or specific experience supporting the Australian market is a strong plus.
- Proactive mindset with a strong drive for continuous improvement and process optimization.
