As our Outbound Settlement Clerk, you will play a critical role in maintaining financial integrity by ensuring accurate and timely outbound payment processing. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to resolve settlement discrepancies and streamline payment workflows. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily outbound payment processing and settlement transactions with high accuracy.
- Perform comprehensive bank and ledger reconciliations to identify and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to verify payment details and resolve settlement inquiries.
- Maintain systematic records of all outbound transactions to ensure full compliance with internal audit standards.
- Monitor and manage payment queues to meet tight settlement deadlines and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Prepare detailed financial reports regarding settlement status and operational performance.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement to increase efficiency in the payment lifecycle.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorβs degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable, payment processing, or financial settlement roles.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid work setup.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail, especially when handling sensitive financial data.
- Experience with ERP or accounting software (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, or QuickBooks) is a distinct advantage.
