Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end payroll processing cycle for employees in compliance with company policies and Malaysian labor laws.
- Ensure accurate and timely calculation of salaries, statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB), and tax deductions.
- Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare monthly payroll journals for general ledger integration.
- Maintain comprehensive payroll records and generate detailed reports for management review.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to resolve payroll discrepancies and employee queries promptly.
- Assist in year-end tax reporting (EA Forms) and statutory audits.
- Continuously identify process improvements to increase the efficiency and accuracy of payroll operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CPA).
- Minimum 2-4 years of proven experience in payroll accounting, preferably within a manufacturing or multinational corporation.
- Strong understanding of Malaysian statutory requirements, tax regulations, and labor laws.
- Proficiency in payroll software and advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and integrity regarding sensitive employee data.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
