Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple accounts with high accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory contribution requirements.
- Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare detailed financial reports for management review.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll discrepancies and employee queries promptly.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and company financial information.
- Support year-end audit requirements and tax filing procedures.
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in payroll accounting, preferably in a BPO or shared services environment.
- Proficiency in payroll software and advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
