Tanggung Jawab
- Process full-cycle payroll for all employees accurately and on time.
- Ensure strict compliance with Philippine statutory requirements (BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll reports and reconciliations.
- Handle the computation of government remittances, taxes, and other payroll deductions.
- Maintain and update employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, and changes.
- Collaborate with the HR department to ensure accurate timekeeping and attendance data.
- Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary payroll documentation and support.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of solid experience in payroll processing and accounting.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws, tax regulations (BIR), and government mandates (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with payroll software (e.g., Sprout, QuickBooks, SAP) is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is an advantage but not required.
