Tanggung Jawab
- Process end-to-end payroll for employees accurately and on time.
- Maintain and update non-digital journals and ledgers for financial tracking.
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable with high attention to detail.
- Reconcile bank statements and verify financial discrepancies.
- Prepare regular financial reports for management review.
- Ensure strict adherence to company accounting policies and government statutory requirements.
- Monitor and process employee benefits, tax deductions, and contributions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or any related field.
- Proven experience in manual bookkeeping and ledger management.
- Strong proficiency in mathematical calculations and financial record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently in a WFH setup with high productivity.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet strict payroll deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Excel and general accounting software platforms.
