Tanggung Jawab
- Process end-to-end payroll for employees, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement.
- Maintain manual journals and ledgers, recording all financial transactions with high attention to detail.
- Monitor and update accounts receivable and payable schedules regularly.
- Prepare periodic financial reports and summaries for management review.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve any payroll discrepancies promptly.
- Ensure full compliance with local labor laws and statutory contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
- Assist in the preparation of month-end closing documents and financial statements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in manual bookkeeping and ledger management.
- Strong proficiency in mathematical calculations and financial record-keeping.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential payroll information.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a WFH environment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting software.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines with minimal supervision.
