Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze and process payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance with local regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve payroll discrepancies and issues
- Prepare and maintain payroll records, reports, and documentation
- Conduct regular audits of payroll processes to identify areas for improvement
- Ensure timely and accurate payment of employee salaries and benefits
- Stay updated on changing payroll legislation and implement necessary changes
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of payroll systems and software
- Provide support and guidance to employees regarding payroll inquiries
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll processing and analysis
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian payroll regulations and tax requirements
- Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex payroll information
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Professional certification in payroll or related field is a plus
