Tanggung Jawab
- Execute end-to-end payroll processing for assigned employee groups, ensuring strict adherence to company policies and local labor regulations.
- Verify and reconcile payroll data, including salary adjustments, bonuses, leaves, and deductions, to maintain high accuracy standards.
- Coordinate with HR and Finance departments to resolve payroll discrepancies and handle employee queries promptly.
- Prepare and generate monthly payroll reports, tax filings, and statutory contribution records (EPF, SOCSO, EIS).
- Monitor and update payroll system parameters to reflect changes in compensation, benefit structures, or government legislation.
- Conduct regular audits of payroll data to ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
- Support year-end payroll reconciliation and tax reporting activities.
- Identify opportunities to streamline payroll workflows and improve service delivery quality.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of hands-on experience in payroll administration or accounting, preferably in a multinational corporation.
- Strong understanding of Malaysian labor laws, statutory requirements, and income tax regulations.
- Proficiency in payroll software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills (vlookups, pivot tables).
- Excellent numerical aptitude and high attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight monthly payroll deadlines.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, or Oracle) is highly desirable.
