Tanggung Jawab

  • Execute end-to-end payroll processing for assigned employee groups, ensuring strict adherence to company policies and local labor regulations.
  • Verify and reconcile payroll data, including salary adjustments, bonuses, leaves, and deductions, to maintain high accuracy standards.
  • Coordinate with HR and Finance departments to resolve payroll discrepancies and handle employee queries promptly.
  • Prepare and generate monthly payroll reports, tax filings, and statutory contribution records (EPF, SOCSO, EIS).
  • Monitor and update payroll system parameters to reflect changes in compensation, benefit structures, or government legislation.
  • Conduct regular audits of payroll data to ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
  • Support year-end payroll reconciliation and tax reporting activities.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline payroll workflows and improve service delivery quality.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of hands-on experience in payroll administration or accounting, preferably in a multinational corporation.
  • Strong understanding of Malaysian labor laws, statutory requirements, and income tax regulations.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills (vlookups, pivot tables).
  • Excellent numerical aptitude and high attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight monthly payroll deadlines.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, or Oracle) is highly desirable.
