Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for a large, diverse workforce, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Conduct regular audits of payroll data to identify discrepancies, ensure compliance with local tax laws, and rectify errors promptly.
- Maintain comprehensive payroll records and generate periodic reports for management review.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT departments to streamline payroll workflows and resolve system issues.
- Stay up-to-date with local statutory requirements, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and income tax regulations.
- Support year-end payroll activities, including tax clearance and documentation filings.
- Provide prompt and professional support to employees regarding payroll-related queries.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience in payroll administration or analysis.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (vlookups, pivot tables) and experience with HRIS/Payroll software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of integrity in handling sensitive data.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex payroll matters clearly.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Proven ability to meet strict deadlines in a high-volume, global payroll environment.
