Tanggung Jawab
- Process and manage payroll for all employees accurately and on schedule
- Verify and reconcile payroll data with accounting systems
- Ensure compliance with Singapore's CPF, IRAS, and other labor regulations
- Respond to and resolve employee payroll inquiries in a timely manner
- Prepare and submit necessary payroll reports for management
- Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies and issues
- Collaborate with HR and finance departments on payroll-related matters
- Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in payroll processing
- Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office applications
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's labor laws and regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
