  • Process monthly payroll accurately, ensuring correct calculation of salaries, bonuses, and statutory deductions.
  • Manage the end-to-end purchasing cycle, including sourcing vendors, negotiating contracts, and placing orders.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of office supplies and equipment.
  • Prepare and verify purchase orders, invoices, and expense reports for approval and payment.
  • Reconcile bank statements and payroll ledgers monthly to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Maintain and update vendor databases and contracts to ensure optimal service levels.
  • Ensure compliance with tax laws, labor standards, and internal procurement policies.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in Payroll and Purchasing functions.
  • Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
  • Strong understanding of Philippine tax laws and labor regulations.
  • Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with vendors and team members.
